ChatModdingRantThingy
It's depressing. Seriously. But I love OZ. And the people in it. This year has been a good year for me. I met friends and stuffs. It would be impossible for me to leave seriously. There will be no way I'd do that. So I'll explain stuffs about how I feel first. I get depressed when people are warning when I am there. I feel useless. I know I may be a bitch but yeah. I am already useless... I feel a whole lot more useless. It's like they're shouting at my face "hey-you-mod-why-are-you-not-doing-your-job" I am trying. But I cannot just stare at my monitor whole day wait for someone to break the rules and warn immediately. I also have forums to do which I normally ditch. I also have school obligations. So as much as I am online whole day I can't spend it all staring at the chat room and/or actually chatting with people. I also get reported a lot. A whole lot. So I always think, Am I doing a crappy job? Don't I deserve to be a mod? Am I abusing my powers? Of course when I ask people would say I do a wonderful modding job. Which honestly don't believe. I am always in a thinking that yeah she/he is my friend of course they would say that. I hate myself for not being able to watch the chat properly, but I know I can trust my co chat mods. If you actually know me, you'd probably know that I hate back stabbing so I'll name names. Aaron, you are one of the main reasons. But it's fine I guess.
Secondly, it's when people complaint on how chat mods do our job. There's more on just the chat rules. We, the chat mods, do not talk on the staff discussions forum about work. If you're not a chat mod, You WOULD NOT fucking know that. So stop complaining if you are not updated with stuffs. Oh yeah Tsuki? I won't say 'HE' or 'SHE'. You can call this a response to your blog. I know I'll be hated. I couldn't care less honestly. Everyone'll ignore? Everyone will hate me? ha-ha. I am scared. Very scared. Just for some info, I am used to losing everyone so no big thing. I'll help you name people because you're probably scared. Oh yes I am a BITCH. Let me quote your blog. Yes. Your blog is something that depresses me. I hate myself anyway. That does NOT mean that I actually AGREE to ALL of them. But I agree with the part that they are needed.
And no. Gaining power doesn't change people. We may or may not acquire them. But one way or another we will change. People just think it is because of the so-called power. It's human nature to change. From the day we born, we change. We grow up. We mature. We change our views. We change opinions. We change the definitions of stuffs. "Friends don't be hypocrites" I don't believe in that. As much as I hate to admit it, people are naturally hypocrites. Everyone are. It's another human nature. No one's a God. No one is perfect.
"Insert a side note here, dear Chat Mods, PLEASE GIVE USERS NICER WARNINGS! "Don't spam" is plain rude. Even if you add a 'please' at the front it still makes you sound like a jerk. Why can't you be like "Please don't spam by word-stretching, it is against the Chat rules' or likewise? This only makes users think you're a retard, and result in them being banned."
I don't know if I should laugh or not but yeah. Since this is in this, I'll show you what I meant that, some info are chat mod only info. Stuffs that I don't think wiki mods or forum mods should know.

New Rules/Exceptions:
✖Common Japanese greetings and phrases like "ohauyo" "Gambatte" and the likes are now allowed in the chat room. Since otakus use japanese phrases a lot of times, we feel the need to allow it to give them some treat. Japanese phrase and talking in Japanese is different though. :)
✖Word stretching is now a separate rule, so you can refer to it as word stretching instead of spamming.
✖Just a reminder, if a rule is not in the chat rules, it's in the Site Rules.

Note: This was written by Killswitch, I many have alter some things but the thought remains. I put this here for the sake of the new chat moderators but it never hurts to reread stuff. :)
✖Firstly, address the warning to the intended member rather than randomly putting it out there in the chat.
Randomly putting out warnings will only confuse some chat members, and the person whom the warning was intended for may not notice that the warning was addressed to him/her.
e.g. to KimBum, Please do not word stretch and touch me all over.
✖Secondly, go into more detail with your warning and be polite about it. You could also mention that it's an "Official Warning" or a "Last Warning".
Instead of saying "no spam", rather say "Please don't spam, it's against the chat rules" or something similar to this. It's not a race to see which mod warns a member first. It's better to warn properly than quickly.
✖Thirdly, don't be too eager to ban, and make sure that the ban period fits the offense. For more ideas about the ban duration, you can go to this link and look the what the mods' opinions:

Please read and think about your opinion on how we make our warnings. You might actually think of being on chat for a whole day and watch every one of us. And no I do not hate you. I still need to reserve all my hate for myself. I just dislike that you stay stuffs when you do not know anything.
Rules aren't out-of-date. Some are just not publicly said. And since a chat mod only info, people who try to do our job has no idea about, and when told off, they blame the so called out-of-date rules. It be like a forum mod warning a landlord of a club.
And of course who would forget skype? Look at this :P

The 100 Things about me.
1. I was bored so i decided to do and steal this idea from everyone else.
2. I wrote number 2, one hour after i typed number 1.
3. I am a lie.
4. I like to lie.
5. I hate liars.
6. I hate myself.
7. Someone said i'm bipolar, i never want it.. who wants bipolarness.. ill throw it to you. it's never fun.
8. I tried to kill myself.. twice.. both phailed.

13. i dislike cake.
14. I dont put sugar when i drink coffee.
15. I believe that rice is enough as a glucose.
